Collections

Collections group pages together into organized sets of content. Use them to create courses, content libraries, or any logical grouping.

Creating a Collection

  1. Go to Collections in the main navigation
  2. Click New Collection
  3. Enter:
    • Name - What members see
    • Description - Brief overview of the content
  4. Save the collection

Adding Pages to Collections

From the Collection View

  1. Open the collection
  2. Click Add Page
  3. Select pages to add
  4. Drag to reorder

From the Page Editor

  1. Open any page
  2. Under Collection, select the target collection
  3. Save

Ordering Pages

Pages within a collection have a specific order. To reorder:

  1. Open the collection
  2. Drag pages up or down
  3. The order saves automatically

Collection Access

Collections are linked to products to control who can view them:

  1. Open the collection
  2. Click Access Settings
  3. Select which products grant access
  4. Save

Members without an active product for that collection will see it listed but can't view the pages.

Distribution Options

Collections can be distributed through multiple channels:

  • Web - Members view in their dashboard
  • RSS - Private podcast feed (requires Transistor)
  • Email - Drip sequence over time
