Accessing Collections
Collections are organized groups of content your coach has created. They might be courses, content libraries, or ongoing series.
Finding Collections
From your dashboard, look for the Collections section. You'll see all collections you have access to, with:
- Collection name and description
- Number of pages
- Your progress (e.g., "3 of 10 complete")
Click any collection to open it.
Browsing a Collection
Inside a collection, you'll see:
- Collection title and description at the top
- Page list showing all content in order
- Progress indicators for each page
Click any page to read or watch its content.
Working Through Content
Sequential Collections
Some collections are designed to be completed in order (like a course):
- Start with the first page
- Read or watch the content
- Mark it complete when done
- Move to the next page
Reference Collections
Other collections are reference libraries where order doesn't matter:
- Jump to any page that interests you
- Browse by title
- Come back anytime
Progress Tracking
Marking Pages Complete
When you finish a page:
- Look for the Mark Complete button or checkbox
- Click it to mark the page done
- Your progress updates immediately
Viewing Your Progress
On the collection page, you'll see:
- Checkmarks next to completed pages
- Progress bar showing overall completion
- Count of completed pages (e.g., "7 of 15")
Progress Syncs Everywhere
Your progress syncs across all your devices. Complete a page on your phone, and it shows as done on your computer too.
Navigating Pages
Within a Collection
When reading a page, you can:
- Use Previous / Next buttons to move between pages
- Click Back to Collection to return to the list
- See where you are in the sequence
Back to Dashboard
Click Dashboard in the navigation to return to your main dashboard.
Content Types
Collections can contain different types of content:

Accessing Locked Content
If you see a collection but can't access its pages, you may need a different membership level. Contact your coach to learn about upgrade options.
Tips
- Complete pages as you go to track your progress
- Use collections as your roadmap through content
- Check back regularly - your coach may add new pages
- Progress tracking helps you pick up where you left off
